What do I do with your packaging?

All of our larger products are shipped in Bio-degradable Ecomailers, this means you can just throw the packaging straight into the compost or your green bin. 

 

What happens if my package hasn't shown up before the expected date?

 Don't stress it is on its way, all of our orders come with tracking so punch your tracking number in and you can see where your order is.

How can I pay?

You can use Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards, Visa Debit cards,  Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shopify Pay. We do not accept cheques.

 

Where do I find my payment card Verification Value (CVV)?

The Card Verification Value is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.

 

When will you take payment?

Payment will be taken on placement of your order.

 

 Does COVID-19 affect my orders?

The answer is no! All of our orders are shipped out directly from Australia so unless you order from out side of Australia don't expect any delay on your order.

 

Can I use Discount Codes online?

We will occasionally issue online discount codes via our email newsletter, social media or other affiliated outlets. These can be used on the website by entering the code in the promotional code box on your basket before pressing the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
