Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events promoted or operated by LWKY (referred to as “LWKY”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Event means the event described on your ticket.
Ticket Holder / Attendee means any person holding a valid ticket.
Venue means the location at which the Event is held.
Ticket means a valid ticket issued by LWKY or its authorised ticketing partner.

2. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

2.1 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
2.2 A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
2.3 Tickets must be purchased through authorised sales channels only.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold or transferred in breach of these Terms.

3. Pricing & Fees

3.1 Ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3.2 Booking fees and payment processing fees may apply.
3.3 All advertised prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

4.1 Change of mind refunds are not permitted.

4.2 If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking fees where permitted by law).

4.3 If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund options may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4.4 Line-up changes, weather conditions, artist cancellations, set time changes, or minor changes to programming do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4.5 Refund requests (where applicable) must be made within the timeframe specified in the official event communication.

5. Entry Conditions

5.1 Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event without refund for:

Intoxication

Aggressive or anti-social behaviour

Failure to comply with security directions

Possession of prohibited items

Illegal activity

5.3 Valid government-issued photo identification may be required.
5.4 Wristbands must be worn at all times if issued. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

6. Code of Conduct

LWKY events are community-focused gatherings. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Violence or threatening behaviour
  • Damage to property
  • Illegal drug activity
  • Unsafe conduct toward staff or attendees

Anyone breaching these standards may be removed without refund and referred to authorities where appropriate.

7. Prohibited Items

Prohibited items may include (but are not limited to):

  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons
  • Glass containers
  • Fireworks or flares
  • Open flames (unless permitted in designated areas)
  • Professional recording equipment without approval

Security may conduct bag searches upon entry.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

8.1 Attendees enter and participate in the Event at their own risk.

8.2 To the extent permitted by law, LWKY and its contractors are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or theft of personal property
  • Damage caused by other attendees
  • Weather-related disruptions

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Medical & Safety

9.1 Attendees must comply with all safety instructions.
9.2 First Aid services will be available where required.
9.3 In an emergency, attendees must follow official directions and evacuation procedures.

10. Photography & Media

10.1 By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
10.2 The Promoter may use such content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

11. Force Majeure

The Promoter is not liable for failure to deliver the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public health emergencies
  • Acts of terrorism

In such cases, refund policies will comply with applicable law.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
