KYAH LULHAM X TOP BLOKES FOUNDATION - CHARITY DINNER

Hi my names Kyah Lulham and I'm an up and coming young chef presenting this Pop-up degustation dinner for you “KYAH LULHAM X TOP BLOKES FOUNDATION". This Dinner will include an 8 course Degustation including matching wines with the savoury dishes and liquors with the desserts. The Degustation dinner will showcase my understanding of Australian native ingredients intertwined with my take on dishes I have encountered during the last 3 years of my career. In the last 3 years of my career I ventured from the Wall Tavern Nambuccca Heads to the well known 2 Hatted Restaurant Icebergs Dining Room And Bar in Bondi Beach Sydney. I now find myself working for the three blue ducks restaurant located at “The Farm Byron Bay”.

I'm Hosting this ticketed degustation dinner at River View Island , using local produce and native ingredients on the 23rd of November 2021. All proceeds from the night will go to "Top Blokes Foundation". Top Blokes Foundation is a Non-for-Profit organisation that is on a mission to improve young male health and well-being. They work with groups of boys and young men over 3 to 6 months to increase their resilience, empathy, and respect for self and others, and in doing so work to reduce the rates of suicides, mental health issues, antisocial and risk-taking behaviours.
